Join us at Austin's brand new rooftop yoga studio, Higher Ground, for a restorative evening breathwork session.



Most of us arrive at a midweek class and leave the same way we came: mat rolled up, earbuds in, back to whatever we put on hold. These sessions are built around a different idea.

Experience our 4-part HypnoBreathwork series, guided by Victoria Grandury of Limitless Rebel. Every session opens with facilitated exercises to release tension in your body and grounding prompts to prime your mind, then it moves into guided breathwork and visualization for a full reset.&#x20;

Whether you are in the middle of a transition, building toward a goal, or simply ready to move into the second half of your week with more energy and focus, the session meets you exactly where you are.

You'll leave with a clearer mind-body, a sharper sense of direction, and a conversation with the person next to you that you didn't expect to have.

No experience required. All levels welcome. Come as you are.

WHAT TO BRING:

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, journal and pen, something to cover your eyes (eye mask, scarf, etc), have a sweater and blanket handy (if you get cold), and avoid eating 1 hour prior to the session.



We have sunscreen, bug spray, blocks, bathrooms, etc.

HOW TO FIND US:&#x20;



-from Robert T. Martinez St: walk around the Home2Suites/Hampton Inn Hotel towards the valet/lobby entrance. The parking garage is across from the lobby, on 4th street.&#x20;



-from 4th st: you should see the parking garage (a brick building) between the Home2Suites/Hampton Inn Hotel and Que Monita Ice Cream. Walk into the alley leading to the hotel drive-up, and turn left into the garage.



-from 5th st: enter the alleyway between Alliance Abroad and the Home2Suites/Hampton Inn Hotel, where the hotel valet and lobby are located. Walk towards 4th street until you see the parking garage on the left.



Walk into the parking garage and take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor, and we'll be there!
