Join us for a 60-minute class led by Chelsea, combining yoga, meditation & breathwork designed to support gut healing from the inside out. You'll flow through intentional poses that nourish the body, calm the nervous system & ignite your natural healing powers.

This class will focus on:

👗 DRESS CODE: Wear your cutest pink and/or orange set!

📍 LOCATION: Lincoln Park. Exact location to be disclosed closer to the event. Please keep an eye out for a notification on the specific spot within the park.

🧘🏽‍♀️ WHAT TO BRING: yoga mat, water, sunscreen, the girls.

⏱️ TIME: Arrive at 9:45 AM to mingle and get set up for a prompt start time of 10 AM!
