Training for or thinking about doing a HYROX race? You won’t want to miss this! We’re setting up a half HYROX simulation right at Stackhouse! We have everything you need; sleds, rowers, ski ergs, sandbags, farmer carry weights, and wall balls! It will be exactly half the distance running every set (500m) and half the reps at each station compared to the full race. Come give it a try! Open to members and non-members.

If signing up a doubles team, only ONE partner needs to register

First heat will start at 8am and run all morning. Heat sign-ups / instructions will be sent on Wednesday, August 19.
