Halloween Blacklight Flow 🎃✨

Celebrate Halloween with us at MVP Highland for a special Halloween Blacklight Flow!

 

Step into the studio as the lights go down and the blacklights come on for a fun, Halloween-themed yoga experience. This 60-minute flow will pair movement and breath with an upbeat, festive playlist to create a class that feels playful, energetic, and a little different from your usual practice.

 

Whether you come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume or keep it simple in your regular yoga gear, everyone is welcome to join the fun. **Costumes are encouraged, but absolutely not required.** If you do dress up, be sure to choose something that allows you to move comfortably and safely on your mat.

 

Expect a welcoming and accessible flow with plenty of opportunities to move, breathe, and enjoy the energy of Halloween night. No tricks, just movement, music, blacklights, and a chance to celebrate together!
