**8:00 PM | DOORS OPEN**
Welcome to the Socialista Halloween Party. Grab a cocktail, show off your costume & settle into the night.&#x20;


**9:00–9:30 PM | SOCIALISTA ICEBREAKER**
Meet us on the dance floor for a Socialista-style game designed to make meeting someone new actually fun (and not awkward).


**9:30 PM | DJ + DANCING**
Now that you know a few more people in the room, the music turns up and the Halloween party officially takes over.


**10:00 PM | COSTUME CONTEST + PRIZES**
Time to see who understood the assignment. Best looks of the night take home prizes.


**10:15 PM–LATE | SOCIALISTA AFTER DARK**
Cocktails flowing. DJ going. New friends unlocked.

# EVENT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY & MEDIA CONSENT

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Socialista Halloween event at Lamp & Shade on October 29, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

**AGE REQUIREMENT**  
I understand that this event is strictly 21+. I agree to provide a valid government-issued photo ID upon request. Entry may be denied if I cannot provide valid identification.

**ASSUMPTION OF RISK**  
I understand that participation in a social nightlife event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, crowded spaces, dancing, interactions with other guests, food and beverage consumption, and other risks associated with attending an indoor/outdoor social event.

I voluntarily choose to attend and assume the risks associated with my participation, to the extent permitted by law.

**ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION**  
I understand that alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase or consumption at the event. I am solely responsible for my decision to consume alcohol and for monitoring my own consumption.

I agree not to drive while impaired and understand that I am responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from the event.

**RELEASE OF LIABILITY**  
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, I release and hold harmless Socialista Club LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, event partners, sponsors, vendors, and representatives, as well as Lamp & Shade and its respective owners, employees, and representatives, from claims arising from ordinary negligence related to my voluntary attendance or participation in the event.

This release does not apply to liability that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

**PERSONAL PROPERTY**  
I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings during the event. Socialista Club LLC and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

**GUEST CONDUCT**  
I agree to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, vendors, and venue personnel. Harassment, violence, threatening behavior, excessive intoxication, or conduct that creates an unsafe or disruptive environment may result in removal from the event without a refund.

**PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE**  
I understand that photography and videography may take place during the event. By attending, I grant Socialista Club LLC permission to photograph, film, and record me and to use my likeness in event recaps, social media, websites, promotional materials, and other Socialista marketing, without additional compensation.

If I do not wish to be intentionally photographed or featured, I understand that I should notify event staff upon arrival. I acknowledge that incidental appearance in crowd or background footage may not always be avoidable.

**VENDORS & THIRD-PARTY ACTIVITIES**  
I understand that independent vendors, sponsors, and other third parties may provide products, services, samples, or experiences during the event. Such third parties may be independently responsible for their products and services.

**TICKET POLICY**  
I understand that tickets are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by the organizer. Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee continued admission if I violate event or venue policies.

**ACKNOWLEDGMENT**

By purchasing a ticket, checking the acknowledgment box during registration, and/or attending the event, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and voluntarily agree to its terms.

I understand that this agreement includes a release of certain legal rights and liabilities to the extent permitted by applicable law.
