Hardcore **After Hours** blends fitness and nightlife into one high-energy experience. Compete in a team-based workout competition led by Hardcore Fitness Trainers, fueled by a live DJ (@dj\_jsilva) and surrounded by curated local wellness vendors.&#x20;

Teams of 8\*

8 stations

5 minutes at each station

You will have a coach counting your reps and guiding you through the competition.

The team with the most reps WINS.&#x20;

**Event Schedule:**

7PM DOORS OPEN

7:10pm Athlete check-in closes. If you purchased a Duo ticket you must both be present for check-in.

7:15PM Competition STARTS

8:15PM Competition ENDS

We will have local wellness vendors with raffles, mini services and free goodies. Please show them some love!

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in Hardcore After Hours, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in fitness activities, including but not limited to team-based workouts, physical challenges, and related event activities, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, or physical strain. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.

Health Representation

I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this event and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. I agree that it is my responsibility to stop participating if I experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hardcore Fitness, its owners, employees, trainers, contractors, volunteers, partners, vendors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liability arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hardcore Fitness and all associated parties from any claims arising from my participation or conduct during the event.

Media Release

I grant Hardcore Fitness permission to photograph, record, and use my likeness, image, voice, and video footage taken during the event for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes across all platforms, without compensation.

Marketing & Communication Consent

By attending this event, I consent to receive marketing communications from Hardcore Fitness, including but not limited to emails, text messages, and social media outreach regarding future events, promotions, and offerings. I understand that I may opt out of communications at any time.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver, agree to its terms voluntarily, and understand that by participating in the event, I am waiving certain legal rights.
