Curious about becoming a Pilates instructor or deepening your understanding of movement? Join us for a 30-minute mat class followed by 30 minutes of mingling, where you'll get the inside scoop on our upcoming Comprehensive Mat Teacher Training.



This open house gives you a behind-the-scenes look at our training program, rooted in classical Pilates principles and elevated through the Haus of B Method, where intentional movement, athleticism, and intelligent programming come together.



You'll move alongside the training team, then stick around to ask questions, explore the studio, and walk through what to expect from the training, including:

• Classical and contemporary mat Pilates

• Anatomy and biomechanics

• Programming and sequencing

• Cueing and instructor presence

• Musicality and class flow

• Pre- and postnatal movement

• Injury prevention and modifications

• Practice teaching and mentorship



By the end of the evening, you'll have clarity on whether teacher training is the right next step for you, whether you're looking to begin your teaching journey, expand your movement knowledge, or refine your skills as an instructor.
