Your Club Haus experience begins with a waterfront workout led by celebrity trainer Humble Shad, accompanied by a live DJ and the energy of Miami’s wellness community.

Early Bird tickets include the full General Admission experience at a limited launch price. Only 10 Early Bird tickets will be released.

Sound Bath

HAUS OF WELLNESS AT JOIA BEACH — WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND MEDIA CONSENT

Please read carefully before signing. This is a legally binding agreement.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK. I understand that this event takes place at Joia Beach, Parrot Jungle Trail, Miami, Florida, in an outdoor waterfront setting, and includes physical and wellness activities such as a high-intensity workout, cold plunge/ice bath immersion, sound bath meditation, chiropractic and other wellness activations, B12 shots, food and beverage service, and social activities. I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, sprains, fractures, slips and falls, heat or sun exposure, dehydration, cold shock, hypothermia, cardiovascular events, allergic reactions, reactions to injections or supplements, contact with water, property damage, serious injury, permanent disability, and death. I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

2. HEALTH REPRESENTATION. I represent that I am physically able to participate and that I have no medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I understand that I should consult a physician before participating. I am solely responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, injuries, or medications to staff and to any wellness practitioner before receiving any service, including cold plunge, chiropractic care, massage, or B12 injections. I understand that any wellness services provided at this event are offered by independent third-party providers, are not a substitute for medical care, and are received at my own risk.

3. RELEASE AND WAIVER. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Haus of Wellness, Joia Beach, Humble Shad, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, instructors, practitioners, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including those caused in whole or in part by the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by Florida law.

4. INDEMNIFICATION. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including attorneys' fees, arising from my participation, my conduct, or my breach of this agreement.

5. MEDICAL TREATMENT. I authorize the Released Parties to arrange emergency medical treatment on my behalf if needed, and I accept financial responsibility for any such treatment.

6. PERSONAL PROPERTY. I understand the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including items received in goodie bags or promotional gifting.

7. MEDIA RELEASE AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONSENT. I understand and agree that by signing this waiver and by purchasing or receiving a ticket to this event, I consent to being photographed, filmed, video recorded, live-streamed, and audio recorded at the event. I grant Haus of Wellness, Joia Beach, Humble Shad, the event's sponsors, partners, and their designated media producers the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute my name, likeness, image, voice, and any photographs or recordings of me on social media platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X) and in websites, newsletters, advertising, and other promotional or commercial materials, in any media now known or later developed, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation to me. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any claim for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity arising from such use. I understand that attendance at this event, including signing this waiver and obtaining a ticket, constitutes my agreement to this media and social media release, and that if I do not wish to be recorded or posted, I should not attend.

8. RULES AND CONDUCT. I agree to follow all event rules, venue policies, and instructions from staff and instructors. The Released Parties may remove me from the event without refund for unsafe or disruptive conduct.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I have read this waiver and release, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including the right to sue. I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement. If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf and agrees to all terms, including the media and social media release.
