Acupuncture + Body Work + Sound Bath Experience

A gathering rooted in access, education, and collective care. This event is an invitation to learn how acupuncture, bodywork, and sound healing support the nervous system, release stored tension, and help us feel more grounded. especially during heavy or uncertain times.

We’ll begin with a brief, approachable conversation on what these practices are and how they work, followed by guided demonstrations and opportunities to receive mini treatments. The space is designed for rest, curiosity, and connection. No prior experience needed.

Come as you are and experience healing in a way that feels supportive, communal, and accessible.
