I understand that participating in fitness activities involves certain risks and hazards,
including but not limited to: muscle soreness, strains, sprains, and cardiovascular
complications. I acknowledge that despite the implementation of safety measures and
proper instruction, injuries may still occur.
Release of Liability:
In consideration of being allowed to participate in the free fitness event workout provided by
ARO's Fitness, I hereby assume all risks and waive, release, and discharge Avery Rehnan
Overmiller, ARO's Fitness, and any associated trainers or staH from any and all liability,
claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any
way connected with my participation in the free fitness event workout.
Photography and Video Consent:
I grant permission to ARO's Fitness to take photographs or videos of me during the free
fitness event workout for promotional or educational purposes, including but not limited to
social media, website, or marketing materials.
Consent for Treatment:
I hereby authorize ARO's Fitness and its trainers or staH to administer or arrange for any
necessary medical treatment in the event of injury or medical emergency during the free
fitness event workout.
Signature:
I have read and understood the terms of this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its contents.
