Your morning begins the moment you walk in.

At check-in (time based on ticket tier purchase), you’ll receive your **gifted workout set** and be welcomed with **coffee + drinks from our coffee cart** — the perfect way to ease in, connect, and get settled.

10:45AM

We’ll kick things off with our signature **speed connecting experience**, designed to instantly break the ice and meet your new Nashville BFF.

11:00AM&#x20;

From there, we’ll move into a **45-50 minute live panel** featuring incredible women who have built massive social media followings and businesses organically (announcement coming soon 👀).

After the panel, enjoy a short break to **grab snacks, explore brand activations, shop vendors, and connect**.

12:00-1:15PM&#x20;

### MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE

We’ll then transition into your movement blocks.

You’ll be assigned a personalized schedule at check-in, where you’ll rotate through:

* Pilates (25 min)
* Padel (25 min)&#x20;
* Breath work + Reset Wellness Market Rotation (25 min)&#x20;

Between each session, you’ll have time to explore **wellness activations, photo moments, vendors, and food + drinks available for purchase**.
