Come relax in the park and practice reflection, growth and being authentic. We will do a few \~10 min rounds of prompted journaling with optional sharing in between. Lowkey, friendly & welcoming, feel free to invite others.

We will start shortly after 10 so please try to arrive on time :) Bring a journal, a blanket to lay on the grass, water & a smile \<3 (From the Mayfield park parking lot, walk inside the gated pond area and we will be back to the right.)
