The portal opens again with the Spring Equinox, the celestial new year, inviting in the seeds, blooms, and blossoms to be nurtured and blessed. This time of the year represents intention, devotion, and presence. Step into this altar with your dreams, return to your body, and back into your HEARTBEAT.



HEARTBEAT is an invitation to re-imagine what healing feels like when breath, movement, and sound immerse. Breathe into a fusion of grounded breath activation, tribal-driven beats, and a sound immersion that feels like a ceremony to bring you back into rhythm within yourself. This is your invitation to come home to your pulse: raw, alive, and fully expressed. 





**The Flow:**



5:30 Check in opens.
Entrance closes at 6:15pm and no late entrances will be permitted due to the nature of this experience.

Your ticket grants you access to the garden with saunas, hot mineral tubs, and cold plunges to immerse in prior to 6pm, and from 8pm until closing. Refresh and reset your body and sou**l, soak in the goodness, and enter into this new year fully nurtured!**

1. **Water, a journal, yoga mat, blanket**, **pillow,** and other cozy items to support your experience.
2. Clothing to move and breath in
3. Swimwear and towel if you’d like to use the bathhouse amenities

**Things to know about breathwork:**



We're not just talking breathe in, breathe out - we're talking **FLOW Breathwork.** 

We're getting into a super potent 3-part breathwork that activates the body's energy centers, supports releasing stored emotions, and deepens your connection to self. Once our bodies are activated, ground down with a short and sweet sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls to help regulate the nervous system.



1. It is recommended not to eat 1-2 hours prior to breathwork.
2. Wear clothing you can move in.
3. You may feel emotional, mental, and energetic releases through the session. Come with an open mind & heart.
4. Bring **water, a journal, yoga mat, blanket**, and other cozy items to support your session.
5. Stay for the duration of the session.
6. There will be no late entries as breathwork requires important instructions in the beginning.
7. There may be scents in use in the space.

**This session is not recommended for folks who are pregnant, have a history of heart or breathing conditions, or those with blood conditions.**

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE AGREEMENT

THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

I. GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree that my participation in any and all activities, services, and amenities provided by Dream Bath INC – DBA: Beyond Bathe, Bathe, BATHE SOCIETY, and/or SUD Productions LLC (collectively referred to as the “Company”) is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I fully understand and accept that the use of facilities, including but not limited to the stock tank cowboy pool, dry sauna, infrared sauna, cold plunges, and outdoor showers (collectively, the “Facilities”), carries inherent risks of bodily injury, health complications, illness, communicable diseases, or death. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, illnesses, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in or using the Facilities.

I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives, expressly release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or in connection with my use of the Facilities, including but not limited to injuries, health conditions, or death resulting from negligence or any other cause, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, to the fullest extent permitted under Texas law.

II. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BY ENTRY
By entering the premises of Bathe, all individuals acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. All non-member visitors must complete and sign a waiver before using the Facilities and are subject to the same terms and conditions outlined herein. Members are solely responsible for ensuring that any guests they bring comply with all Facility rules and sign a liability waiver prior to entry. Members accept full responsibility for the conduct and liability of their guests.

On designated “Media Days,” by entering the premises, you acknowledge that you have been given ample notice and voluntarily consent to the use of your likeness, image, and/or voice in photography, video, and other media captured for promotional purposes. These rights are granted in perpetuity to the Company and its partners without compensation. You may opt out by notifying the Company in writing at least 24 hours in advance.

III. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand and acknowledge that the use of the Facilities—including but not limited to dry saunas, infrared saunas, cold plunges, cowboy pool, outdoor showers, and natural terrain—carries inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to: slips, falls, dehydration, heat exhaustion, cold shock, hypothermia, allergic or skin reactions, muscle cramping, dizziness, loss of consciousness, and aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions such as cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, or metabolic disorders. I further acknowledge the potential for exposure to communicable diseases (including but not limited to COVID-19), as well as risks arising from limited supervision and outdoor environmental conditions such as sun exposure, insects, or temperature changes. I voluntarily accept all such risks and agree that my use of the Facilities is entirely at my own risk.

IV. HEALTH CONDITIONS AND MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I understand that the use of the Facilities is not suitable for everyone, and I certify that I am physically and medically fit to participate in all activities provided by the Company. I further acknowledge that:

Pregnant individuals should consult a physician before using any Facilities, as excessive heat exposure may be harmful to fetal development.

Individuals with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, respiratory conditions, or any other serious medical conditions should consult a physician prior to use.

Individuals who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may impair judgment or physical abilities should not use the Facilities.

I am solely responsible for monitoring my own health and safety and agree to discontinue use if I feel lightheaded, dizzy, faint, or otherwise unwell.

V. INDEMNIFICATION
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to my participation in any activities or use of the Facilities, including claims made by guests I bring to the property.

VI. PERSONAL PROPERTY & LOCKER USE
I understand that the Company does not provide secured lockers, and that all personal belongings are stored at my own risk. The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

VII. AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE
Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. I waive my right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action proceedings.

VIII. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

IX. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND SIGNATURE
I have read and fully understand this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I voluntarily agree to all its terms and confirm that no representations, statements, or inducements apart from those stated herein have been made. I acknowledge that I am signing this Agreement voluntarily and intend for it to be legally binding on me, my heirs, and assigns.
