Join us on Saturday, June 20th, for Summer Kickoff, a collaboration with Symmetry Fitness & Performance, led by trainer Gemma Cardinale.



The class will be a full-body strength training and conditioning workout, followed by a yoga/mobility flow to cool down.



Expect a dynamic group workout & amazing energy!



We’ll also be raffling 2 exclusive goodie bags at the end of class with special items you won’t want to miss.



Please arrive early for check-in starting at 9:30 AM.

Please arrive by 9:30 AM for check-in. All attendees will be required to complete and sign the official waiver, which will be available at the front desk upon arrival.
