This is a smaller, intentional space for real conversations, genuine connection, and the kind of honesty we don’t always get to have in everyday life.


This month, we’re talking about **grief**, but not necessarily the kind that comes from losing a person. We’re talking about ***grieving the life you thought you’d have***.


*The relationship you thought would last. The career you imagined for yourself. The timeline you planned. The version of you that existed before life took an unexpected turn.*


Sometimes grief shows up quietly. It can look like disappointment, resentment, confusion, or feeling stuck between who you used to be and who you're becoming. It can come from dreams that changed, plans that didn’t work out, or realizing that life has taken a different path than the one you envisioned.


This conversation is for the women who are learning to let go of what was supposed to happen so they can make space for what is happening. For those navigating change, healing from unmet expectations, or trying to find meaning in a chapter they never planned for.

Together, we'll explore what it means to honor our losses without letting them define us, how to release the pressure of a perfect timeline, and how to move forward with compassion for ourselves and hope for what's ahead.


As always, this is a space to talk, listen, relate, and connect. You never have to share more than you’re comfortable with. Sometimes simply being in the room, surrounded by women who understand, can be healing in itself.


We’ll meet at 6:00–6:15 PM, with the conversation beginning at 6:30 PM!

Rose Girl Social – Women’s Circle Waiver and Release of Liability
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Please read this agreement carefully before participating. By participating, you waive certain legal rights.
 This event is 18 years of age or older. No minors are permitted.
 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes must be brought in Orange County, Florida.
1. Activities Covered
This waiver applies to participation in Rose Girl Social Women’s Circle, including but not limited to:
Guided group discussions
Reflection prompts and facilitated conversation
Sharing personal experiences related to mental health, womanhood, growth, and life transitions
Community connection and social interaction
This event is a community-based gathering intended for conversation and connection. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.
2. Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in group discussions centered around mental health, womanhood, and personal growth may involve emotional reflection and vulnerability.
I acknowledge that:
Certain topics may feel personal or sensitive
Emotional discomfort may arise during or after discussions
Other participants may share differing opinions or experiences
I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with participation, including emotional discomfort or distress, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
3. No Professional Advice Disclaimer
I understand and acknowledge that:
The host and facilitators are not licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, or medical professionals
No professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment is being provided
Any prompts, reflections, or shared experiences are for discussion and community connection only
I accept full responsibility for seeking professional support if needed and understand that this circle is not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
4. Personal Responsibility & Participation Acknowledgment
I certify that:
I am 18 years of age or older
I am voluntarily choosing to participate
I may choose my level of participation, including listening without sharing
I am responsible for honoring my own emotional boundaries
I acknowledge that Rose Girl Social does not provide psychological screening, crisis intervention, or mental health services.
5. Waiver & Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby waive, release, and forever discharge:
Rose Girl Social, its organizers, hosts, volunteers, facilitators, partners, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”)
from any and all claims, demands, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation or presence at the event, including claims resulting from ordinary negligence.
This release does not apply to gross negligence or intentional misconduct, which cannot be waived under Florida law.
6. Confidentiality Disclaimer
Rose Girl Social encourages respectful and confidential participation; however, I understand that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting. I agree to participate with discretion and respect for others’ privacy.
7. Emergency Situations
I understand that Rose Girl Social is not equipped to provide crisis response or emergency mental health services. In the event of a personal emergency, I am responsible for seeking appropriate professional assistance.
8. Photo & Media Release
I grant Rose Girl Social the irrevocable right to photograph, film, or record my image, likeness, and voice during the event and to use such content for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation or approval rights.
9. Governing Law & Venue
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising from this agreement or participation must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
10. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By registering for or participating in this Women’s Circle, I acknowledge that:
I have read and understood this waiver in its entirety
I voluntarily agree to its terms
I understand that I am waiving substantial legal rights, including the right to sue
I understand that this is a community discussion space and not therapy
Participant Acknowledgment
Participation in this event constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
