Move to the Beat is a rhythm-based HIIT strength workout designed to challenge and empower you through movement and music. This is **not a dance class**—it is a high-energy workout where we move with intention, build strength, and push together to the beat of a curated playlist.



All fitness levels are welcome. Come ready to sweat, move, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

1. Assumption of Risk
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) involves vigorous, fast-paced physical exercise that may include running, jumping, lifting weights, plyometrics, and other strenuous movements. I understand and acknowledge that participation in “Move to the Beat” HIIT classes carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, joint injuries, fractures, cardiovascular events, and, in rare cases, serious injury or death. I understand these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injury.
I voluntarily choose to participate in these classes with full knowledge of the risks involved, and I assume all such risks.
2. Health & Fitness Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this program and represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in strenuous exercise. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to participation if I have any concerns about my ability to safely take part in this program, and to inform my instructor of any injury, condition, or limitation before each class.
3. Release and Waiver of Liability
IN CONSIDERATION OF BEING PERMITTED TO PARTICIPATE IN “MOVE TO THE BEAT” HIIT CLASSES, I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE the instructor, and any affiliated facility, its owners, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in this class, OR WHILE ON THE PREMISES where the class takes place, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost they may incur due to my participation in this program, whether caused by my own negligence or the negligence of others.
5. Medical Treatment Authorization
In the event of an injury during class, I authorize the instructor to arrange for necessary emergency medical treatment on my behalf, and I agree that I am responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.
6. Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in this class is entirely voluntary, and I may stop participating in any exercise at any time if I feel it is unsafe for me to continue.
7. Severability
If any portion of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT. I SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
