Join us for a morning hike, guided meditation, and journal reflection at Dreamy Draw Trail.



This experience will be guided by Aylin, a Phoenix-based yoga teacher and sound practitioner whose teachings are rooted in mindfulness, breath, and movement. This event is co-hosted alongside Creative Intellectual who curates women’s experiences centered around learning new skills, expanding perspectives, and fostering deeper connection with self and community.



The hike is 3.9 miles with low elevation gain - perfect for all levels!

🥾 Meet at trailhead at 7:00 AM&#x20;

🌀 Bring water, a journal, and a pen! Granola bars will be provided.&#x20;
