**Our Hip-Hop Cardio Dance Workout is great for coordination, shaping, and endurance!  Tune your body and mind while working out at a wonderful skylight studio in lower manhattan. Get your groove on to soul-inspiring beats, and have a great time as you prepare your body for the hot summer of 2025!**&#x20;

Please wear workout clothing and sneakers you can move and dance easily in.
