Project Balance Grand Opening 🤎

We’re officially starting Project Balance, and we’d love for you to be there for our very first class.

Project Balance was created around a simple idea: what if you didn’t have to choose between HIIT, Pilates, and yoga? So we brought all three together into one 45-minute experience — HIPILOGA.

This is our first-ever class, our first event, and the beginning of the community we’re hoping to build right here in South Florida. If you love fitness, want to try something completely different, or just want to meet new people and be part of something from the very beginning, come join us.

We’ll be taking over Impulse Gym in Sunny Isles for an afternoon of movement, connection, vendors, special guests, fitness lovers, and good energy. Come take a class, meet the Project Balance community, check out our vendors, and hang out with us afterward.

You do not have to be an expert. Whether HIIT is your thing, you love Pilates, you’re a yoga girl, or you’re just getting started — all fitness levels are welcome.
