Our Mixers lean into the space we are immersed in, with the intention of nourishing our minds and bodies through the Hippo Social Club pillars of fuel, movement, and connection.

Our Wellness Mixers change locations each month to meet you where you are. Traditional networking is a thing of the past—we create experiences that truly connect us to one another by curating intentional gatherings in the suburbs.

These experiences offer opportunities to fuel, move, and connect in many modalities, as we curate spaces, places, and experiences that support our wellness while cultivating and building meaningful relationships.

**What to expect:**

**7:00–7:15 PM | Arrival + Welcome**
Check in, grab a light bite or beverage, and settle into the space.

**7:15–7:45 PM | Movement + Connection**
Our host, OPAL Movement Therapy, will guide you through two key movement principles:
• How to hip hinge
• How to move your hip without compensating through your low back
This is your chance to connect with your body while improving how you move in daily life, workouts, and long-term health.

**7:45–8:00 PM | Building the Network**
Learn how to plug into our Wellness Network—from casual community to deeper collaboration and all the ways to engage and plug in to our growing wellness ecosystem.

**8:00–8:30 PM | Connect + Collaborate**
Meet the Doctors at OPAL Movement Therapy, ask questions, and explore ways we can support the community and each other.
