**HOLADAY Tournament 🎄🌴**

Our first-ever tournament in Miami Beach is here!

We’re excited to bring our community together for a HOLADAY celebration on the sand. Come compete, connect, and flow with us at the 1st annual HOLADAY Tournament, a full morning of competition, wellness, and connection by the water.

**How it works**

🏆 Your registration includes 3 guaranteed competitive Group Play matches (1 set to 6 with tiebreak to 7 if needed) and the top 2 teams from each group will advance to the single elimination Knockout Stage for a chance to make their run for the podium!

🎁 The winners of the tournament will receive 1 free month of OLA Academy access (4 classes) and a personalized technical serve video analysis review from OLA's Head Coach Alessandro Buccelli.

OLA Open Play and Class Schedule will remain at regular hours from **10 AM to 2 PM**.

Beach Tennis 

OLA Legal Disclosure and Liability Waiver

By registering for and participating in events organized by OLA Beach Tennis, LLC ("OLA"), you hereby agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge and accept that participation in beach tennis activities involves inherent risks, including physical injury and property loss.

2. Release of Liability: You release and discharge OLA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including theft, incurred during participation in OLA events.

3. Medical Treatment Consent: You consent to receive necessary medical treatment in the event of injury or illness and agree to be
responsible for any associated costs.

4. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OLA from any and all claims, actions, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, arising from your participation in the event.

5. Compliance: You agree to abide by all event rules and instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. 

6. Media Rights: By participating in our events or being present at our locations, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. These images and recordings may be used by us for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes without compensation or further notice.

By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Legal Disclosure and Liability Waiver.
