You know that idea that keeps coming back to you, but you still haven't created it? The one that ignites your passion, but isn't a priority because there's always something more urgent vying for your attention: the book, the screenplay, the youtube channel, the song.

You don't have to do it alone. This your opportunity to get in the zone alongside other creators, and actually turn those ideas into reality!

These ritualized co-working sessions leverage meditation, ritual, body doubling, and imagination to help you get into flow and unlock your creativity.



*Suggested donation is $10, but no donation is required. To respect the time of the facilitator, we do ask that you cancel with as much notice as possible if you no longer plan to attend.*&#x20;



**Order of Service (times in PT):**

11:45am

Zoom room opens for an optional pre-workshop to help you prepare your "sanctuary" and set a clear intention for the work session,

12:00pm
We open with a ritual of movement and meditation inviting you to imagine your project as if it has its own life: a spirit just waiting to be conjured. To protect the groups attention, the virtual doors close at 12:05 and latecomers will not be admitted.&#x20;

12:15pm

We do the work! We'll do two \~45m deep focus sprints with a short break in the middle to re-energize, refresh, and reconnect with your body. We keep time for you, so you can get lost in the work.

1:50:
We will share challenges and celebrations and close the ritual with intention.

2:00:

We will keep the room open for anyone who wants to connect with their fellow creators. This is optional, but highly encouraged: we are not meant to create alone, and this space is intended to cultivate a supportive community.&#x20;
