Escape the desert heat and join Real Adventures AZ for an adventure through the pines! Horton Creek is one of Arizona’s most beautiful trails, following flowing water through the forest with waterfalls, creek crossings, and plenty of incredible scenery along the way.

What to Bring:
Plenty of water, proper hiking footwear, snacks, swimsuit (optional creek plunge) and a small lunch if needed.

Each attendee will receive a Natty Performance Bar + electrolytes for the trail.

Carpool & Meeting Details:
We’ll meet in Fountain Hills between 5:45–6:10 AM the morning of the hike for opportunities to carpool and caravan to the trailhead. Attendees will be added to a private IG group chat with detailed meeting and hike information the week leading up to the event. Make sure your phone number is added to your SweatPals account so we can text you the link to join the group chat.

Optional Post-Hike:
We’ll stop in Payson on the way home to grab food together at Macky’s Grill or Buffalo Bar & Grill.
