Former competitive runner here who has mostly traded running for walking these days — except apparently I never learned how to walk slowly. 😂

I LOVE a long, fast, hilly walk with a girlfriend — the kind where you actually get a workout, cover some serious ground, and somehow solve half of life's problems at the same time.

I have a couple of great walking friends, but I'd love to find more active, high-energy women nearby and create a little rotation where someone can text, “Walking tomorrow morning — who's in?”

Think 60–90 minutes, fast pace, hills, good conversation. Not a running club. Definitely not a leisurely stroll. 😉

Former runner? Athlete? Barry’s girl? Or just someone who considers a walk a workout and gets irrationally annoyed when people walk too slowly? You’ll probably fit right in.
