Hot Ghoul Sculpt is a mat Pilates class, but with a bit more intensity because we're adding weights! Expect to move at a faster tempo to build endurance, and flow through combo movements to build strength. This sculpt class is still accessible to all levels, and how light/heavy you want to go is up to you. As always, the playlist is alt/emo 🖤

By signing up for class with Pilates Ghoul I understand the following: 

-ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I acknowledge that the Plates practice involves physical exertion, specialized equipment/props, and inherent risks of personal injury.

-LIABILITY RELEASE: I will not hold Pilates Ghoul LlLC or the venue/studio responsible if personal injury does occur.

-MEDICAL DISCLOSURE: I can confirm I am in good health to be able to participate in class, and if I have any contraindications (such as existing conditions, injuries, or pregnancy) I have received medical clearance to be able to participate in class. I will also let Pilates Ghoul LLC know of any existing contraindications prior to class so I may receive proper modifications for my practice. 

-CANCELATION POLICY: I understand that I have up to 24 hours prior to class to cancel and receive a full refund. Failure to cancel prior to the 24 hour timeframe I will not be able to receive a refund. 

-VIDEO/ HANDS ON CONSENT: I understand there may be filming done in class for social media content, by signing up for class I agree that I'm okay with being filmed.  During class I may receive hands on adjustments to ensure I am executing the movement with proper form, by signing up for this class I give consent for hands on adjustments. 

-PERSONAL VIDEO CONTENT: Filming is allowed in class if you wish to get your own content, however Pilates Ghoul LLC just asks that you be mindful of others. By signing up for this class, I understand if I do wish to film my own content, I will make every effort to arrive early and set up in the back of the class so I'm only recording my own practice.
