By registering for and participating in this class, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily engaging in physical exercise and understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, or other physical harm.

I affirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise program if I have any concerns.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this class, I hereby release and discharge Alexandra DeRose, Filterless Fitness LLC, and the hosting venue, including but not limited to White Duck Taco Chattanooga from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this class.

I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation.

I also grant permission for photos or videos taken during class to be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

By registering for this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
