About the Gathering

Motherhood is beautiful, transformative, and often overwhelming. **Hot Mamas** is a new community space at Löyly, welcoming mothers at any stage of their journey—from postpartum to seasoned motherhood—to connect, restore, and share support in a nurturing environment.

This monthly meetup combines **contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge)** with community conversations, creating a safe space for healing, resilience, and sisterhood.

**Featuring Raven Grace**

We are honored to co-host with **Raven Grace**, a birth worker and doula who shares her own powerful journey into supporting mothers. Raven emphasizes the importance of community in postpartum care and the **healing power of cold therapy** as a practice of self-care and empowerment.

[The Tox Post Oak ](https://www.thetoxtechnique.com/)will also be joining us to share the benefits of lymphatic drainage in healing.

* **Monthly Gatherings (beginning Oct 27, 10AM):** Experience contrast therapy together, guided reflections, and meaningful conversations that support body, mind, and spirit.
