This is a fun all levels heated vinyasa held in the brewhouse of Blue Owl, which means the space is naturally heated by the brew process. There is a large garage door that will be open to let in a nice breeze while we flow.

The flow will focus on alignment, so it's great whether you're beginning your yoga practice and want to learn form for the first time or if this is your 100th time on your mat and you want to push yourself to deepen your practice.

After class, we will hang out in the taproom. We are covering your first drink!
