join us for the largest community workout of the season inside Houston Dynamo FC's Shell Energy Stadium. 

the first half features a sphere 45-minute fitness workout led by training mate, rare breed run club, duo, professional and alumni players, mixing bodyweight and endurance running segments (no soccer). the second half follows with a 45-minute mindfulness and optimism session led by case kenny. 

come connect with new teammates, get a great workout in, and take your game — and mindset — to the next level. cold plunges, product activations, and locker room connection to close it out.

* limited $99 vip tickets available to kick it pregame with case kenny and other vip guest players (includes a case kenny signed book, sphere workout, case kenny matra session and 1 ticket to the 2026 houston dynamo opening match)
* check-in at the hustle town gate on southwest corner of stadium
* parking will be available on north side of stadium (private details for registered players)

By showing up and taking part in any event organized by sphereTM or a certified sphereTM captain, I get that
I’m doing this voluntarily — and I agree to the following:
§ I understand that playing soccer, moving around, and doing fitness activities with others has risks.
I might get hurt, feel sore, or something unexpected could happen.
§ I’m joining in because I want to, and I feel physically okay to participate.
§ I take full responsibility for anything that happens to me during this event — good or bad.
By being here, I agree not to hold Sphere Club, the event organizer, their affiliates, or anyone helping out,
responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or issue that might come up — even if it’s due to negligence.
I understand that there might be photos or videos taken at the event, and I’m totally fine with sphere and its
partners using those to share, promote, or celebrate what we did — even if I’m in them.
This waiver covers all sphereTM-related events I go to — whether this is a one-time thing or I come back every
week, inside or outside.
Sometimes, sphereTM teams up with other groups (like pro clubs, partners, or stadiums) to host joint events.
When that happens, I get that sphereTM may not be the only one involved. I agree to the following extra points
for those cases:
§ I know this event might be run with help from a third-party host (like the Dynamo), and I’m cool with
that.
§ I still release sphereTM, the event coach, and any co-hosts from anything that might happen during the
event.
§ I understand the coaches here aren’t acting on behalf of sphereTM or the venue — they’re running
things independently.
§ I get that there’s no participant insurance provided by sphereTM or the venue, so I’m joining at my own
risk.
I’ve read this waiver, I get what it means, and I’m cool with it.
I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS,

Private meet and greet with Case Kenny in the Houston Dynamo locker room 30 minutes before kickoff. Receive a signed copy of his 60 day journal, picture and pregame pep talk before we take the field. Ticket includes the sphere workout, mantra coaching session and houston dynamo ticket to the opening game of the 2026 season.
