HUM is a full-bodied, multi-dimensional sound healing experience unlike any other — featuring **six sound healers** encircling participants in a 360° formation. Together, we’ll weave a vortex of harmonic resonance, where sound becomes medicine and your body becomes the instrument.

Feel bowls, gongs, tones, and breath ripple through you in all directions — a unified wave of vibrational healing designed to regulate, restore, and awaken.

**Tentative Flow (2:00–5:00PM): Please arrive no later than 2:30PM in order to not disturb the 3PM immersive experience. If you arrive after 3PM, you will not be allowed to enter as to not disturb others.**

• 2:00 to 2:30 PM: Arrival and settling in

• 2:30 to 2:50 PM: Grounding meditation with gentle sound

• 3:00 to 4:00 PM: Immersive sound experience

• 4:00 to 5:00 PM: Sauna and cold plunge, mingling, debrief, and elixirs
