HYPE Sculpt blends strength training, mat work, and a burst of dance cardio for a full-body burn. Expect a beat-based workout that focuses on building strength, sculpting muscle, and getting your heart rate. Beginner-friendly, energizing, and guaranteed to leave you sweaty (and smiling).

**Fitcidence**

fitcidence is a fitness studio all about beat-based movement. We are a powerfully positive community. Whoever you are, you belong here. Our classes feature a mix of dance-inspired easy-to-follow moves and hardcore strength and plyometric intervals. Our instructors are here to support you every step of the way.

## Parking info!

You can now park at the garage at The Rail! Here's how:

 **Entry:**

* Enter the garage directly behind the studio by inputting the code **6094** at the keypad near the entry gate (You'll have to exit your car to do this. Make sure to leave space between your car and the gate, as it opens outwards.)

 **Getting to Class:**

* Exit the garage on foot by entering code **6094** at the keypad near the stairway closest to the entry gate.
* Go up one flight of stairs, exit, and you'll see the door to the outside on your right.

 **After Class:**

* When you exit the studio, turn right, then right again enter code **6094** again to open the garage door (be careful descending the ramp on foot!)
* To exit, simply approach the exit garage gate with your car—it's motion-activated, no code needed!
