Kick off the GoodLife HYROX Toronto race weekend with the official HYROX Girls Run!



Whether you’re shaking out your legs before race day or just looking to move with an incredible community of women, this is for you. We’re teaming up with **Sweat and Tonic** for a scenic 5K loop along the waterfront.

* **When:** Saturday, October 3rd at 10:00 AM
* **Where:** Starting & ending at the GoodLife HYROX Toronto Venue (100 Princes' Blvd)
* **Dress Code:** Come wearing PINK! 💖



**<u>What to Expect</u>**

* **Paced Groups:** Coaches from Sweat and Tonic will be pacing the run! 
* **Pre-Run:** Arrive a few minutes early to hit our check-in table! We’ll be handing out pink ribbons and pink face gems so we can all match for the run and finish-line photos.
* **Exclusive Digital Perk:** Our partners at **SURF** are gifting all attendees a free month of SURF+! (Keep an eye on your inbox after the run for your exclusive access).
