**Full HYROX Simulation — Solo or Doubles**



Run the full HYROX before race day. All eight runs and all eight stations in official race order — your chance to test your strategy, your pacing, and your fitness under real race conditions. Whether it's your first HYROX or your next PR attempt, this is where you find out where you stand.

Coaches will be on site to answer your HYROX questions, plus vendors and lots more.



**Format:** Solo or doubles. For doubles, both partners must purchase a ticket.

**Price:** $45 per person.



**Heat Schedule** — starts 7:00 AM sharp:

* 7:00 – 8:00 AM — Men's Pro (solo & doubles)
* 8:00 – 9:00 AM — Men's Open (solo & doubles)
* 9:00 – 10:00 AM — Women's Pro (solo & doubles)
* 10:00 – 11:00 AM — Mixed Doubles
* 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM — Women's Open (solo & doubles)

**Sign up by September 30** to be assigned a heat time. Any sign-ups after 9/30 will automatically be placed in the later heats of the day.
