Get ready-our next **HYROX** workout is happening on **Saturday, May 9th at 9:30am**, and it's going to be an awesome morning of energy, intensity, and community. 

 

This session is open to everyone, whether you're a seasoned HYROX athlete or trying it for the first time. We'll run through a full-style HYROX format that will push you, challenge you, and leave you feeling unstoppable.

* -All fitness levels are welcome
* -Free for members and $28 for non-members
