I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the Ignite Performance Lab LLC Walk Club held at Garret Mountain Reservation. I understand that participation in physical activity, including walking, fitness activities, and outdoor recreation, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, falls, collisions, uneven terrain, weather-related conditions, and other unforeseen hazards.

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Walk Club activities, whether known or unknown.

Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ignite Performance Lab LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, or representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in the Walk Club.

Third-Party Release
I further release and hold harmless Passaic County, Garret Mountain Reservation, and any associated governmental entities, including the premises located at 8 Mountain Avenue, Woodland Park, NJ, from any and all liability related to my participation.

Medical Clearance
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my safe participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating if I have any concerns.

Personal Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by Ignite Performance Lab LLC. I understand that I am responsible for my own well-being during the activity.

Emergency Medical Treatment
I authorize Ignite Performance Lab LLC to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary and agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions
I understand that this activity takes place outdoors and may be subject to changing weather and environmental conditions. I accept full responsibility for these risks.

Photo & Media Release 
I grant Ignite Performance Lab LLC permission to use photographs or videos taken during the Walk Club for promotional purposes without compensation.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs they may incur due to my participation.

Acknowledgment of Understanding
I have read this waiver carefully, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it. I sign it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
