As we step into 2026, Squatch is making a subtle but meaningful shift. For years, we’ve been about going where there is no trail — forging our own path through grit, effort, and shared hardship. That spirit remains. But this year, we add something more.

We’re choosing to illuminate the path.

Illuminate 2026 is about helping people see what’s possible. About lowering the barrier to entry, lighting the way forward, and inviting others to move with us — whether they’re brand new or have been walking alongside us for years.

That’s why January 1 isn’t just another workout.
It’s a full Open House day at Squatch, and it’s completely free.

This is the day to bring your people — friends, family, coworkers, training partners. The ones you’ve told stories about Squatch to but haven’t yet experienced it themselves. If you’ve ever said, “You should come check out my gym,” this is the day.

January 1 – Open House Schedule

6:00 AM
Run Club led by I Am Redemption & Shawn Livingston
Start the year moving together.

8:15 AM
HYROX Breakfast Club with Coach BRAY
High-energy, approachable, and a great introduction to hybrid fitness.

9:00 AM
RUCK Crew – Polar Mile
The Squatch RUCK Crew will meet at Squatch and RUCK over to Yellow Jacket Stadium for their own brand of controlled chaos.

At the stadium, participants will complete the Polar Mile:
    •    100m walking lunges (pack on)
    •    100m skipping
    •    100m high knees
    •    100m bear crawl to the finish

At the finish: 100 air squats, then RUCK back to Squatch — packs on — for a cold plunge and soak to officially ring in the New Year.

10:15 AM
Illuminate Community Workout
Five stations spread across the entire Squatch facility. Coaches leading, music moving, community working together. This is the heart of the day.

Cold plunge, sauna, and a cookout will follow — because connection matters just as much as the work.

12:00 PM
Cooper Test Walk-Over
At noon, a group of Squatchers will walk over to the track together to take on the Cooper Test — 12 minutes for max distance.

Once complete, we’ll plug your results into the formula to estimate your VO₂ max, giving you a simple aerobic benchmark to carry with you into the year ahead.

All levels welcome.

Service & Music Industry Workout
Led by Coach Odessa, Coach Corey, and Coach Fiona — built specifically for those who worked late on New Year’s Eve and still want a strong, intentional start to 2026.

How It Works

Inside the event link, you’ll be able to scan and select individual tickets for each session. Come for one thing or stay all day — it’s entirely up to you.

And yes — it’s all free.

This is our way of opening the gates, lighting the path, and welcoming others into what Squatch is truly about.
