**Join us for Release & Reset :  A Candlelight Yin Yoga + Soundbath Experience to Close the Year**

Step into the final days of the year with a grounding, heart-centered evening designed to help you reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.

**This 90-minute experience will include:**

* **Candlelight Yin Yoga** – Slow, deep stretches to release stress and calm the nervous system.
* **Soothing  Soundbath** – Healing vibrations to let go of what no longer serves you.
* **Intention Setting Ceremony** – Journaling and reflection to close the year with gratitude and welcome the new one with clarity and purpose.

**What to Bring:**&#x20;
**\*  Yoga Mat**
**\*  Blanket for the soundbath**&#x20;
**\*  Journal & Pen**
**\* Water**

**\* Extra Yoga Mats are available as needed. Eye Masks will** be **provided, but feel free to bring your own.**

Doors open at 6.15PM. Please arrive 15v mins early to allow time to park and find the room . Doors close at 6.35PM to protect the sacred contaier. Please be on time.&#x20;
