Join us for Release & Reset : A Candlelight Yin Yoga + Soundbath Experience to Close the Year

Step into the final days of the year with a grounding, heart-centered evening designed to help you reflect, release, and set intentions for the year ahead.
This 90-minute experience will include:
- Candlelight Yin Yoga – Slow, deep stretches to release stress and calm the nervous system.
- Soothing Soundbath – Healing vibrations to let go of what no longer serves you.
- Intention Setting Ceremony – Journaling and reflection to close the year with gratitude and welcome the new one with clarity and purpose.
What to Bring:
* Yoga Mat
* Blanket for the soundbath
* Journal & Pen
* Water
* Extra Yoga Mats are available as needed. Eye Masks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Doors open at 6.15PM. Please arrive 15v mins early to allow time to park and find the room . Doors close at 6.35PM to protect the sacred contaier. Please be on time.
Space is limited to keep the experience intimate, so reserve your spot today. Come solo or bring a fanily member or friend.
