Ariana is **Immersive Breath Codes(™)** author, Traditional Ceremony Guide, Spiritual Mentor, ICTA Life Coach, Enneagram Master, Shamanic Dreaming Teacher.

She has been on a continuous path of learning from the shamans and herbalists of North and South America for the last 10 years. Having the experience of overcoming an illness while living in the jungle of Peru for a few months in total, she continues her service, bridging the traditions in ceremonial & integration work.

She’s been working with the disciples of Carlos Castaneda, primarily Aerin Alexander.

**Ariana** is also an artist, singer, musician, writer, and world traveler.

Her main message is that we have the means inside ourselves to heal and serve our purpose. Reaching our full potential is mostly a matter of our allowance.
