In Balance is a curated wellness experience designed to reset the body, steady the mind, and set the tone for how you move through your day. The Berry Collective and Shanti House are coming together for a morning rooted in movement, community, and modern wellness, and we'd love for you to be there.



The morning opens with an all-levels yoga session led by Louisa Li, founder of Shanti House, held inside the 365 Apartment at Happier Grocery in Soho. Expect bites and beverages from Happier Grocery, Sour Milk, and Brissta, plus a premium gifting experience valued at over $500, including a full activewear set, yoga mat and towel from Stretch Your Story, a wellness bundle from Cielo Daily, a gua sha, body oil, and body scrub set from House of Balance, and a Salt & Stone deodorant.
