Inside the Pavilion & Outdoor Patio access.  Mat Pilates near Oak Park and River Forest at Thatcher Woods Pavilion. Strength-focused Pilates designed to improve core stability, posture, and mobility while practicing in nature.

No Pilates experience needed — beginners and first-timers are welcome.

Classes begin indoors in the pavilion and move outdoors in the forest preserve when weather permits.
