Brasil Run Club — Participant Waiver & Release

By registering for and participating in this Brasil Run Club event, I acknowledge that running, fitness activities, recovery activities, and participation in an organized event involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, physical exertion, injury, illness, adverse weather conditions, traffic, and the actions of other participants.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and confirm that I am physically capable of participating in the activities I choose to take part in.

I release and hold harmless Brasil Run Club LLC, its owners, organizers, employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, vendors, venues, instructors, and affiliates from claims or liability arising from my participation, except where such release is prohibited by law.

I understand that participation in any recovery or wellness activation, including fitness classes, cold plunges, massage therapy, compression/recovery equipment, or similar activities, is voluntary, and I am responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for me.

I authorize Brasil Run Club and its partners to photograph and record me during the event and to use my image, likeness, and voice for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

By registering, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily agree to its terms, and accept responsibility for my participation in the event.
