You’ve heard of syncing breath & movement, but what about light & sound? Join me, Rx Inhale Exhale and VJ Matt, for a fully immersive, all levels welcome, 60 min vinyasa power flow featuring an external meditation via visuals projected throughout class. I like to incorporate some CBT technique or philosophical teachings to encourage us to learn how we can practice a more yogi lifestyle on and off the mat. This class is themed, “The Unspeakable World,” and is inspired by Alan Watts and Alfred Korzybski. Come flow with us and learn to break free of labels and how to operate in the unspeakable world. This is a donation based class benefitting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, $17 min encouraged, more welcomed. Hope to move with you soon!
