By purchasing a ticket and attending Inner Reset Atelier hosted by Maboh Wellness Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Participation in all event activities — including but not limited to Yogilates, yoga, sweaty vinyasa, journaling workshop, recovery services, beauty activations (including Botox and brow services), aura photography, flash tattoos, permanent jewelry, and all vendor experiences — is voluntary and at your own risk.

You understand that physical activities such as yoga, Pilates, and other movement-based classes involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, illness, dizziness, or other physical complications. You certify that you are physically able to participate and assume full responsibility for your participation.

You understand that aesthetic and wellness services provided by independent vendors and licensed professionals (including Botox, brows, tattoos, recovery services, etc.) are performed by third-party providers. Maboh Wellness Collective and event hosts are not responsible for the outcome, results, allergic reactions, adverse effects, or any complications arising from these services. You acknowledge that you are choosing to receive any such services at your own discretion and risk.

You understand that journaling workshops and self-care discussions led by a therapist or facilitator are for educational and personal growth purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. You assume full responsibility for your emotional well-being and participation.

You release and hold harmless Maboh Wellness Collective, its owners, partners, instructors, venue (Sol Haus), sponsors, collaborators, and all vendors from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the event.

You acknowledge that photography and video recording will take place during the event. By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured and used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.

By purchasing a ticket and attending Inner Reset Atelier, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
