🏐 Technique Tuesdays – Intermediate Level

Already know the basics and ready to level up?



This session is designed for intermediate players looking to refine technique, improve consistency, and play with more confidence and intention.



Each Tuesday, we’ll run a 60-minute high-rep, game-focused training — building stronger mechanics, smarter decision-making, and better on-court flow.

• April 7: Setting, Serve Receive, Serving & Transition Setting

• April 14: Hitting Power, Shot Placement & Off-System Play

• April 21: Blocking, Defense & Attacking Options

• April 28: Team Systems (offense, defense, communication)

I confirm I am physically able to participate in the activity and have consulted a physician if needed. I understand that Let’s Volley does not provide medical insurance or treatment.

Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Let’s Volley ATX, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from participation, including negligence.

Media Release:
I grant Let’s Volley ATX permission to use photos or videos of me for promotional purposes including social media, website, and marketing materials, unless I notify the organizer otherwise in writing.

Conduct Agreement:
I agree to behave respectfully and responsibly during all events. Let’s Volley ATX reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
