Join us for a high-energy, all-levels Pilates flow. This special class will be co-taught by Bianca Falcon of Discolates®, alongside local certified Pilates instructors Heather Fletcher and Jena Buhrts.

Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By attending and participating in the International Pilates day event at Hotel Haya, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in movement-based activities, including but not limited to Pilates, fitness instruction, or wellness programming, involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, illness, discomfort, or aggravation of existing conditions.

I voluntarily elect to participate and assume full responsibility for my physical condition, actions, and well-being before, during, and after the event. I certify that I am physically capable of participating in such activities and will participate at my own discretion.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Bianca Falcon, Discolates®, Hotel Haya, Jena Buhrts, Heather Fletcher, Pilates with Heather, staff, contractors, sponsors, partners, vendors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage related to my participation in the event.

Food, Beverage, Products, Samples, and Giveaways

I understand that food, beverages, products, samples, gifts, or giveaways may be provided by sponsors, vendors, or event partners during the event.

These items are offered as is, and I am solely responsible for reviewing ingredients, materials, warnings, and instructions to determine suitability for my personal use or consumption.

I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for any food or beverage I consume and any product I choose to use. I understand that allergic reactions, sensitivities, or other adverse effects may occur.

I release and hold harmless Bianca Falcon, Discolates®, Jena Buhrts, Pilates with Heather, Hotel Haya, and all event partners, sponsors, and vendors from any liability related to illness, allergic reactions, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption or use of any food, beverage, product, or sample provided during the event.

Third-Party Vendors & Optional Activities

I understand that certain vendors, sponsors, or partners may offer optional services, demonstrations, experiences, or activities during the event.

Participation in any such activity is entirely voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. These services and activities are operated independently by third parties and are not owned, controlled, or supervised by Discolates®, Bianca Falcon, Jena Buhrts, Pilates with Heather, or Hotel Haya.

I acknowledge that any interaction, participation, purchase, or engagement with vendors or sponsors is my personal decision and responsibility. I release and hold harmless Bianca Falcon, Discolates®, Jena Buhrts, Pilates with Heather, Hotel Haya, and all affiliated staff and partners from any liability arising from my participation in such activities.

General Event Environment

I understand that this event takes place in a social and community environment that may include music, movement, conversation, food and beverage service, vendor interactions, and other informal activities. I acknowledge that these elements create a dynamic event setting in which participants move freely throughout the venue.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with being present in this environment, including but not limited to movement within the space, interactions with other attendees, participation in informal activities, or engagement with event offerings.

I agree that Bianca Falcon, Discolates®, Jena Buhrts, Pilates with Heather, Hotel Haya, and all affiliated staff, vendors, sponsors, and partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, accident, loss, illness, or damages that may occur during my presence at the event, whether participating in scheduled programming or engaging in other activities within the event environment.

Personal Property

I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings at all times during the event. I acknowledge that neither Bianca Falcon, Discolates®, Jena Buhrts, Pilates with Heather, nor Hotel Haya assumes responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

I release and hold harmless all involved parties from any claims or liability arising from the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought to the event.

Photo & Video Release

I grant permission for photographs and video recordings taken of me during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes by Discolates®, Jena Buhrts, Pilates with Heather, and Hotel Haya and its partners, including but not limited to social media, websites, digital platforms, and print materials.

I understand that these materials may be used to promote future events and brand initiatives. No additional compensation will be provided for such use.

Acknowledgment

By attending this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver & Release of Liability. I acknowledge that I am participating in this event of my own free will and accept full responsibility for my participation.

Consent to Share Information with Event Partners

By registering for this event, you consent to the sharing of the contact information you provide with the instructors, vendors, sponsors, and collaborators involved in producing this event for purposes of event communication and related offerings.
