Celebrate International Women’s Day with us at the Plaza Coral Gables on March 8th at 9am for a joyful, feel-good morning dedicated to movement, connection, and community. This is a space to slow down, have fun, and spend quality time with the women you love.

Bring your daughters, your mom, your sisters, your friends, or come solo and meet new ones. All ages and experience levels are welcome.&#x20;

What your morning includes:

• Mat Pilates class led by Sofia, on the second floor of the Plaza. An energizing, beginner-friendly workout focused on strength, posture, and confidence. You will leave feeling strong and refreshed.

• Make your own bouquet or flower crown with Chauteau Bloom 💐
Create something beautiful to take home and enjoy a creative moment together.

• Matcha and lattes from Sweet Paris ☕🍵
Sip, chat, and relax after class with cozy café drinks.

• Cold plunges and sauna social with Pause Wellness Studio 🧊🔥
A fun wellness reset and a chance to try something new with the group cheering you on.

This morning is about celebrating womanhood, friendships, and the generations of women in our lives. Come for the workout, stay for the memories, and leave feeling recharged and inspired.

We are so excited to have you join us. By attending, you understand that the event includes light physical activity such as a mat Pilates class and gentle movement. As with any exercise, there are normal risks like muscle soreness, strains, dizziness, or minor injury. Please move at your own pace, listen to your body, and take breaks whenever needed. If you begin to feel pain, lightheadedness, or unwell, you agree to stop participating.

Please only take part in the class if you feel comfortable doing so. If you have an injury, medical condition, are pregnant, or have any concerns about exercise, you are responsible for deciding what feels appropriate for your body and for seeking medical advice if necessary.

Optional cold plunge and sauna experiences will be available. Participation in these is completely voluntary. Hot and cold exposure affects everyone differently, and you are responsible for choosing whether to enter, how long to stay, and for exiting at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and accept responsibility for your own well being and comfort throughout the event.
