Beginning at 9:30 am, you'll be welcomed into a grounded opening circle; a space for community connection and reflection on the season you're leaving behind. At 10:00 am, step into an intentional mat Pilates fusion class led by Makenzie Mowat, designed to honor your body's own transition alongside the seasonal shift. The morning concludes with a guided closing ceremony that weaves together meditation and the final moments of connection.

**Who is Makenzie Mowat?**

Makenzie Mowat, also known as Makie Moves, is a fitness professional based in Austin, Texas, who specializes in creating wellness experiences rooted in movement that inspire people to feel strong in their bodies. You can find her weekly at YTX, The Peach House, or Life Time SOLA, where she teaches a variety of modalities. After several years of teaching and building her roots in the Austin fitness community, Makenzie crafts motivating, seamless experiences that weave together musicality, strength, and flow, inviting you to tap into a deeper sense of self. Whether the movement is Pilates, strength, or interval-based, the energy is high, and the experience is higher.
