Through personal training, small group sessions, and nutrition coaching, I’m committed to helping you shed fat, gain muscle, and feel empowered. As a former competitive gymnast and current CrossFit athlete, I know the difference strength training and proper nutrition can make—but just because I love CrossFit doesn’t mean I train everyone that intensely!
