by attending and/or participating in a hot holy healed walk (the “event”), i acknowledge and agree to the following:

assumption of risk

i understand that participation in this event involves physical activity, including but not limited to walking outdoors, and may involve risks such as slips, falls, weather conditions, traffic, uneven surfaces, or other hazards. i voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, whether known or unknown.

health acknowledgment

i confirm that i am physically able to participate in this event and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating. i understand that i am responsible for listening to my body and stopping participation if i feel unwell, dizzy, or injured.

release of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, i hereby release, waive, and discharge hot holy healed, its founders, organizers, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

personal responsibility

i agree to follow all instructions provided by event organizers, respect public spaces, and act responsibly and respectfully toward others during the event. i understand that hot holy healed is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

photography & media release

i grant permission for hot holy healed to use photographs, videos, or other media taken during the event that may include my likeness for promotional, marketing, and content purposes across digital and print platforms, without compensation.

event changes

i understand that the event may be modified, postponed, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control.

acknowledgment

by attending and/or participating in this event, i confirm that i have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
