WELLNG LLC. RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF CLAIMS & MEDIA CONSENT

By registering for, attending, observing, or participating in any class, session, workshop, activation, recovery experience, fitness activity, wellness event, breathwork session, hypopressives session, stretching session, movement activity,  experience, compression boots activation, vendor experience, or related activity hosted, organized, sponsored, or operated by WELLNG LLC, Hipoflow Club, Greys Márquez, Laura Chica, instructors, assistants, employees, independent contractors, volunteers, vendors, sponsors, collaborators, affiliates, venue owners/operators, property owners, or related parties (collectively referred to herein as the “Released Parties”), Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Participant understands that participation in wellness, movement, fitness, breathwork, recovery, and related activities involves inherent and potential risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, muscle soreness, strains, falls, dizziness, fainting, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, cardiovascular complications, respiratory complications, pregnancy or postpartum-related complications, equipment malfunction, emotional distress, property damage, permanent disability, or death. Participant voluntarily chooses to participate with full knowledge and understanding of these risks.

Participant certifies that they are physically, mentally, and medically able to participate in the activities and have not been advised otherwise by a licensed medical professional. Participant understands it is their sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participation if they have any medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy, postpartum condition, surgery, cardiovascular condition, respiratory condition, pelvic floor condition, or any other health-related concern that could affect participation.

Participant knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assumes all risks, both known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, related to participation in any activity associated with the event or experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Florida, Participant hereby irrevocably waives, releases, discharges, covenants not to sue, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, damages, losses, judgments, costs, attorney’s fees, expenses, injuries, or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising out of or related to participation in the event or activities, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence of the Released Parties.

Participant expressly understands and agrees that this Release of Liability and Waiver of Claims is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Florida law and that if any portion is held invalid, the remaining portions shall continue in full legal force and effect.

Participant understands and acknowledges that they are voluntarily waiving certain legal rights, including the right to sue the Released Parties.

Participant further acknowledges that all activities, sessions, activations, and experiences provided are educational and wellness-based only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or provide medical advice, physical therapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare services of any kind.

Participant agrees to comply with all instructions, safety guidelines, and venue rules and understands that participation may be terminated at any time if Participant behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, reckless, or inappropriate manner.

Participant assumes full responsibility for all personal property brought to the event and agrees that the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Participant grants unrestricted permission and irrevocable consent to WELLNG LLC, Hipoflow Club, Greys Márquez, Laura Chica, sponsors, collaborators, affiliates, media teams, and related parties to photograph, videotape, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, and otherwise use Participant’s image, likeness, voice, appearance, statements, and participation in any media format, including but not limited to marketing materials, social media, promotional content, websites, advertisements, and future business purposes, without compensation, inspection rights, or approval.

By registering, attending, or participating in the event, Participant acknowledges that they have carefully read this document, fully understand its contents, understand they are waiving substantial legal rights, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
